Bethesda Classification for Cervical Cytology.

The pap smear is one of the most iconic tests in women’s health and it is wonderful to be able to take a deep dive this month during my first cytology rotation.

A lot of work goes into making sure that women get clear and accurate diagnoses. The Bethesda system is used to classify different diagnoses based on the pap smear.
